1. No Right of Withdrawal
All sales are made exclusively to business customers (“B2B”). As the buyer is not a consumer, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Orders are binding upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled.
2. Made-to-Order Production
All products are manufactured on demand specifically for each order. Because production begins immediately after an order is placed, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once production has started.
3. Exclusions From Returns and Refunds
The following do not constitute grounds for return or refund:
- incorrect ordering or changes of mind
- internal approval issues within the buyer’s organization
- deviations in colour, texture, or minor variations typical of production
- delays caused by logistics providers or force majeure
4. Defects, Damages or Incorrect Deliveries
A refund or replacement will only be issued in cases where the delivered goods:
- contain manufacturing defects,
- have been damaged in transit, or
- do not correspond to the items ordered.
Claims for defects or incorrect deliveries must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receipt of the goods and must include clear photographic documentation. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the delivery.
5. Remedy
Where a valid claim is accepted, the seller may, at its sole discretion:
- provide a replacement of the defective goods, or
- issue a refund if replacement is not reasonably possible.
Replacements constitute the primary remedy. Refunds are only provided when no adequate replacement can be supplied.
6. Return of Goods
The return of goods without written approval from the seller is not permitted. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not lead to a refund or credit.
